Blogging my way to skinny....Day 1

So...I have decided that the way I am going to do this is ONE change at a time.  I will add a new one each week.

I began this change on Saturday March the 5th.  I am drinking ONLY water.  I have had nothing to drink except water for 3 whole days!  Yay me!

I weighed tonight, which is bad, being at the end of the day, but I am going to post it anyway. 

198.3 lbs.  YUCK!

So the short term goal is to just get in to the 180's.  How incredibly cool will that be????  I will keep you posted!
