A WHOLE WEEK!!! :)

Well, I have done it....one whole week of nothing to drink but water!!! Today I really wanted some tea though :(

I forgot to weigh this morning...so I weighed tonight, but after having Ruffles and Onion dip I KNOW that I am retaining a little water.

195.7 ...YUCK!

Tomorrow starts a new week, and another new addtition to my "plan".

Breakfast EVERY morning!

We shall see!

So...I haved weighed in at 192 the last two mornings...YAY ME!!

Still havin nothing but water to drink.

Still wonderin what on earth my next "change" is gonna be!

Just another day of H2O :)

I am not going to get on a scale today!  BUT...I did have another successful day of nothing to drink but water :)

YAY ME!

I am deciding what my next positive change will be, and thinking that it is between these choices:
  • Making sure I eat breakfast
  • Making an effort to do some exercise each day
  • Making a concious effort to reduce the amount of simple sugars and carbs that I eat
So what do you think?

Remember, my goal is ONE simple change each week!

Blogging my way to skinny....Day 1

So...I have decided that the way I am going to do this is ONE change at a time.  I will add a new one each week.

I began this change on Saturday March the 5th.  I am drinking ONLY water.  I have had nothing to drink except water for 3 whole days!  Yay me!

I weighed tonight, which is bad, being at the end of the day, but I am going to post it anyway. 

198.3 lbs.  YUCK!

So the short term goal is to just get in to the 180's.  How incredibly cool will that be????  I will keep you posted!
